How we build an agent you can trust with your customers.

Four steps, each with something concrete at the end. You can stop after any of them.

  1. Discover

    A 20-minute call

We talk through where work piles up, who does it today, which tools you use and what a good result would look like.

    What we look at

    • Where the work comes from
    • The tools and records involved
    • The cases that go wrong today

    What you get

An honest view of whether an agent is the right fix, and which job to start with.

  2. Design the agent

Audit, 5 to 7 business days

We study real examples of the work, check which of your tools can connect, and list the tricky cases and who should handle them.

    What we do

    • Review real examples of the work
    • Check your tools, data and access
    • Map the tricky cases and handovers
    • Agree how success will be measured

    What you get

A one-page agent blueprint you approve (goal, what it knows, what it can do, when it hands over and how it's measured), plus a written proposal for the build.

  3. Build and test on real cases

    Pilot, 2 to 4 weeks

We build the agent, connect your tools and test it on real examples from your business, including the awkward ones, before any customer meets it.

    What we do

    • Build the agent and connect your tools
    • Test it on real examples
    • Check it hands over when it should
    • Check its speed and running costs

    What you get

A working agent and a clear recommendation to launch, adjust or stop, with any known limits written down.

  4. Launch and monitor

    Monthly review

It goes live with a person watching, starting with a small share of the work. Each month we review what it handled, what it handed over and what to improve.

    What we do

    • Launch small first
    • Review conversations and handovers every month
    • Fix gaps and update its knowledge
    • Add new jobs when the results support it

    What you get

A live agent, a monthly review and an agreed plan for support or handover to your team.

The blueprint you approve

The audit ends with one page. It says what the agent is for, what it knows, what it can do, when it hands over and how we'll measure it. Nothing is built until you sign it off.

Voice agent

Example: clinic front desk

Goal
Answer the clinic's calls, book appointments and pass anything urgent to the duty nurse.
Knows
Doctors' calendars, clinic hours, appointment types and approved answers to common questions.
Can do
Check availability, book or move appointments, send confirmation texts, take messages.
Hands over when
The caller asks for a person, mentions urgent symptoms or sounds distressed, or asks for something outside the rules.
Measured by
Answer rate, bookings made, after-hours calls captured, handover rate.

Four rules every agent follows

  • Knows only what you approve.

It answers from the documents, policies and records you sign off. Nothing else.

  • Does only what you allow.

Every action, like booking a slot or issuing a refund, is listed and agreed. Anything else goes to a person.

  • Tested before it goes live.

We test it on real examples from your business, including the awkward ones, before a customer meets it.

  • A person is always reachable.

Anyone can ask for a person at any time, and the agent hands over with the full story.

How recordings, transcripts and customer data are stored, who can see them and how long they are kept is agreed in writing before anything goes live.

The same steps, adapted to each agent

  • Voice agent

We test call flows, what callers are told, interruptions and live transfers before it takes on more calls.

  • Chat agent

We test its answers against your content, how it behaves on each channel, the actions it takes and how it hands over.

  • Knowledge agent

We check every answer shows its source, and that it flags gaps instead of guessing.

  • Workflow agent

We test each step, what happens when one of your tools is down, and the checkpoints where a person reviews.

  • Custom agent products

We plan the screens, the application, the AI and the launch together, as one release.

Two lessons we build around

Public examples from other companies, used to explain how we build. They are not criticisms.

Your agent's answers are your answers.

In Moffatt v. Air Canada (2024), a British Columbia tribunal held the airline liable for incorrect information its website chatbot gave a customer.

What we do: our agents answer only from content you approve, and hand over when the answer isn't there.

Keep a person within reach.

Klarna reported in 2024 that its AI assistant handled two-thirds of customer chats in its first month. In 2025 its CEO said it was investing again in human support after quality concerns.

What we do: every agent we build can hand over to a person, with the full story attached.
